I wish I could remember the name, but there was a sub dedicated to high quality pooping locations featuring toilets that faced beautiful vistas. I kinda miss that one.

I think the joke here is that the people in the other building can see you when you pee.
Had this experience in Korea last month.
At that point only people with expensive telephoto lens would be able to see anything.
