They’re a patsoc group or ultras, I forget but they think very highly of themselves and have this discord run command structure and act like they’re a party structure in posting their thoughts and edicts. Very funny but also sad.
Nationalism = chauvinism by definition. My nation is better than others. They literally call themselves Patriotic Socialists so they don’t call themselves Nationalist Socialists (and not just of the connotation to the Nazis)
Patsocs and Nationalist right-wingers always try to equate sense of duty/love of to one’s country as nationalism. Otherwise, they would have to admit their racist undertones.

I would slightly alter that and say “nationalism in uncolonized nations = chauvinism by definition”. Because nationalism can be a progressive force in anti-colonial struggles
