When I got my C7 I considered this instead, I still think the C6 is the most “Corvette” looking of the era which is a good thing particularly if you upgrade the exterior lights.

IMO, the most iconic Corvette aside from the C1 of course, is the C5. That thing was everywhere.

My favorite Corvette? 63-67 C2. That’s a real beauty. Its too bad Chevrolet hasn’t tried to make a modern one with the styling of the classic in the same way as the new style bodies of Camaros, Dodge Challengers, Ford Bronco/ Ford GT, and 2010 Mustangs. Surely they must have had the idea.

I think they thought about it remembering my visit to the Corvette museum. I think some of the Corvettes they didn’t make looked kind of like it but none of them were exciting to look at.

I always thought that Corvette styling peeked with the C6. The C7 and C8 always looked “to busy” to me. Like over styled in a way.

The opposite goes for interiors though lol.

Agreed! Which is the main reason I picked a C7 over C6, as a daily driver is just more comfortable for my bad back.

But when I see a nice C6 I always swoon.
