League of Legends. It was released in 2009 and is still one of the biggest eSport games today.
Still exists, gets occasional balance patches from that one guy still working on the game. Hasn’t received an update or content for many years now though.
As a huge StarCraft fan I hope stormgate can fill that void for me.
Hopefully they’ll make adjustments to the game. The unit limit was my biggest issue with it.
Apparently, blizzard released a single mount in WoW that generated more revenue than all of SC2 Wings of Liberty.
And that’s why you don’t break your game up into 3 separate full price “episodes”…
Its still around, hasn’t died yet, any patches are community driven now though, but there have been a few
