Its the time of the year where cold blooded animals get easier to catch!
This was found in a forest of northern Denmark. Here they call them steel worms.The common name is Slow worm and the Latin name is Anguis fragilis. It is not a worm though and although it looks like a snake, it is a legless lizard. This is one of the largest ones that I have ever found!
The bonus clip is a larvae of the Calliteara pudibunda moth, also known as the pale tussock
