Only if you pick one of them, probably Spider-Man to be the focus, and the other two are supporting characters.
Maybe Daredevil is working on being a mentor to Spider-Man while SM is trying to stop Deadpool from being Deadpool, while also being tempted by the draw of not needing morals while stopping crime.
