I’m just out here sad that because of the clown-in-chief, my incoming US dollars are worth less now that the exchange rate is dropping off this week. I can either increase my rates (unlikely to sit well with my clients, I was planning on keeping my 2024 rates for 2025 and only raising for next year) or more sustainably, focus on my local clients who currently pay less. But mostly what I liked about having American clients was that it brings new money from the US into my country, rather than just moving existing money around internally.
