The protests are pointless. 100% of every protest since the orange guy took office has been nothing more than slactivism.
We need a leader to rally behind, but the Dems are bending the knee.
I’m also done with the Euro trash that keeps shitting on me while I’m trying to fix the issues. I’m not doing this for them. When this is over I am absolutely done with any amount of “The West” that isn’t my family or my neighbors.
I didn’t need backup after 9/11. The invasion was illegal and no one should have taken part. Now that I need help for the first time from my friends I’m getting knives in the back instead. I don’t care what the US has done to you. I don’t want to be here either. I’ve worked my whole life to flip the districts by me, and I did it successfully. After 17 years of work we flipped it purple and then blue. I canvassed. I volunteer. I was a fucking Paige when I was a kid. And some mouth breathing Welshman wants to complain that I haven’t done enough. Fuck them. I had guns pointed at me when we protested the war in the 2000s. There are few people that have done more than me and a fistful of volunteers to flip this area.
I am done after all this though. I’ll care about my family and my immediate community. Europe can get fucked. Canada can get fucked. Democrats can get fucked. Republicans can get fucked. You all deserve each other. I’ve seen enough people wishing death or misfortune on my children because of something a leader of a country I have no control over said something mean to them. Civility is dead. I’m done.
