Had been considering joining a gym for like 3 years now, on and off. My brain keeps re-prioritizing it. Finally got around to get one. Planning to go in today.

Yessir! Going to the gym with a routine plan almost 5 days a week. Swim on alternate days, with upper body, cardio and mix exercises during the other days. Didn’t think I’d start looking forward to spending time in the gym.
That’s great, do you have a program in mind or were you gonna look for a trainer?
Since this is my first foray into a gym. I’d stick with cardio for a while before even looking at weights. Baby steps.
Weights are great because as a newbie If you even brush against a barbell or some dumbbells you’re gonna grow like a weed. It’s very satisfying
