The speech in congress has made one thing clear: peace in the global south is going to have to be at the expense of/ in spite of the US not with it or due to it. I have nothing against the protests but they seem to be ineffective at stopping the genocide.
It seems the best these protests do is educate people of the illegitimacy of the US government, prove the need for revolution, and demonstrate the brutality of the US police state.
I believe it’s going to be a long while before we have the numbers and support to enter a new phase of organizing for revolution, and the Global South is going to have to fight against the West on its own (with the support of China, Russia, etc.) as the West is not going to be overthrown any time soon.
Yeah, you are right comrade. No time to get discouraged. It was just enraging to see that fascist address congress and the people in power here clap like seals but of course they would clap for their colony. That’s not new.
