…cages in kirby and the forgotten land are… weird. somehow the act of simply touching them causes them to colourfully disintegrate. and what exactly does it look like when dedede/sillydillo swings a cage and catches elfilin/kirby inside?

i looked at slowed-down footage. the cage is actually already closed when they’re swinging the thing. kirby/elfilin just straight up clips into the closed cage. and when you mash your way out of the cage, kirby just simply clips out of the cage – what you see in the image.
