Clearly I’ve been playing sudoku all wrong.

Inspired by a similar meme I wanted to make based on this post, but didn’t get permission for despite trying to reach out to the author u/masagrator. Ah well.

This is a relatively mild version of censorship and plays on the Internet meme of “commit sudoku”, but I would’ve preferred them not to censor it nonetheless. Just say “I’ll kill myself” or “I’ll hurt myself” if they don’t want to say “I’ll commit harakiri”, rather than confusing those new to Japanese culture that may genuinely think “So that’s what sudoku is like” without realizing it’s a translation based on an Internet joke.
