Those pipes, such a clean design. Still in the upright/naked competition for my next bike. For 2024 I guess they’re coming with an e-clutch. With this you still have to shift with your for, but you don’t have to pull the clutch.

The riding position looks a little too aggressive, but I still want to sit on one to see how it feels. It does come with a price tag of ~$9,400 MSRP which is on the priceier side of this class.

Anyone have one of these with the e-clutch?

Such a beautiful bike, especially the neo cafe racer trim. Went to view it at my local Honda dealership and I was really impressed. Maybe one day

Right. Top pick for sure. However I’m made at Honda right now. I’ve got a 2010 Honda car and the paint is getting messed up, the interior “leather” is deteriorating, and the headliner is coming off from the foam. And I take decent care of my things. But this is happening to all the Hondas I see around me that are the same model and approximately the same year.

So I’ll need some time to repair my relationship with Honda. Maybe they build their bikes differently?

I have a CBF125 2012 and CBR600F 1997 - never had any serious issue with any of these. That’s just my experience. I have a civic 2017 and no issue there either but its on the newer end of the spectrum so not exactly a good example

If it’s any consolation I’m riding a '96 Hornet 250 and its given me zero problems in the last 3 years. Maybe Honda don’t make them like they use to these days though.

I rode an '82 CB650 and loved it, I would totally pick up one of these if I was ready for my next bike.

This was definitely on our short list. Ended up going for an adv as the e-clutch models aren’t in Australia yet.

Not sure. I live in California so our emissions standards are pretty strict which usually translates into very quiet bikes off the lot regardless of make or model.

If you want to polute everyone’s ears you’ll definitely need to to a stage 1 on it.

Has anyone seen the white CBR650R in person? I have to have it shipped to where I live and I can’t decide between white or red. I feel like white paint can look meh or beautiful but you have to see it in person to know for sure
