What’s extra cool is that you can get Hoopla through most local libraries for FREE. Support the library AND see good anime? Cool stuff!
I really enjoyed this show even if it was not mind-breaking or anything. Very grounded an mostly realistic. It is also amongst the best looking 3D anime in existence right now.
It is really unfortunate how they have messed up the distribution. For most of the world, fansubs are unfortunately still the only way to see Girls Band Cry without running through hoops.
TIL about Hoopla. I was able to sign up with my local library card super easy. Their website is a bit janky though as none of the images are loading for me, but the selection isn’t half bad, especially for free.
@wjs018 @LiteralGrill@ani.social I’m glad you found it! It gets some surprisingly good shows and films on there sometimes. And anything free is worth saving up for, right?
Oh wow! So I’ll be able to watch it for definitely the first time! Hooray!
Increasingly common Hoopla W.
Kanopy also has a good selection. They’ve got a few Sentai stuff and was surprised when I saw Amagi there of all things.
