This week, I lost 500g and hopefully soon I’ll be under 90kilos. My diet could have been better, especially at the weekend but I did okay this week.
I hit my first goal weight this week. I still have ~25 lbs to go. Any lower than this will be uncharted territory for me. I currently weigh as much as I did as an overweight teenager.
