Was out grocery shopping and felt a wave of dizziness and, ears felt blocked and I came down with major sweats. If I didn’t have a wall or trolley with me I would have needed to sit down right then and there. Anyway I did manage to do my shopping and I am home now. Going to maybe get another sandwich and coffee and sit down for awhile.

Finally got food into me.
