I wouldn’t even call this a bad title, but if that keeps you from watching one of the best IT youtubers out there, so be it.
That title could be better.
Yup. Literally just add “To” before the “blame” and it suddenly becomes a lot more parsable.

Making the sentence make sense doesn’t undo that joke. It still says broken arm.
