According to Chinese law, citizenship is automatically revoked when someone obtains foreign citizenship. A natural born US citizen would never have Chinese citizenship to begin with. If they follow the law to the letter of the word, they probably would not be accepting deported Chinese Americans unless Xi had a change of heart and accepted them as a PR stunt and can use it as propaganda.
