Rybar aren’t always the most reliable. Not sure how you’d establish that it was ICBM vs “just” a medium range ballistic missile. Based on the footage, people are saying MIRV warheads, but i’m not remotely qualified to speak on these things so i’ll leave it to the experts to judge, and in the meantime wait for some official confirmation before jumping to conclusions.
