The eastern half wasn’t even polish to begin with. The only displacement from there were essentially settlers, and only after WW2 when they had a free socialist poland to go to. A shitload of people fled from the german occupied poland into the USSR, somehow this is left out, I wonder why…

And the westenr allies did not give a shit about Poland, when Germany invaded, they instead were preparing expedition armies to aid Finland against the USSR. Only the dumbfuck polish government expected anything else from them.
