Several speed cameras across Staten Island have been blocked by fake flowers to keep those cameras from catching speeders.

    Am I correct in assuming speed cameras are capable of collecting more data than just speed? They must be in order to get the license plate too. If they’re collecting (or capable of collecting) more data than they’re said to, then I definitely support this. Otherwise I’m not sure.
