Where the hell do you live? Not gonna give up my address to you but I’m in America.

I know people who’ve been to prison. I’ve made those phone calls with them to handle finances. You say I’m wrong but won’t say how. It’s a fact that they monitor every phone call an inmate makes. It’s a fact that inmates cannot give consent and thus cannot enter into contracts, something that running a business needs. They would have to do everything through someone legally representing them, typically a lawyer, and that’s no guarantee that their representation would do thing that are illegal for them. The prison IS supposed to protect the public from the inmates, that’s why they have guards. So how am I wrong?

Are you aware that inmates still can have contracts that they entered into before prison? Even if ypur claim that they couldn’t sign new contracts made sense, which it doesn’t because how do they hire new lawyers if needed, they could still be fulfilling old ones.

Ypu have been given tons of links by others that explicity prove your claims incorrect. It is ok to be wrong. You don’t need to make false claims here.
