I am with you on this, but that was all a presidential action, and while no one was trying to stop it (maybe a small group under bernie) it was all signed off by him (and now the other him). I could be wrong I knew there was many votes on the house floor for Ukraine funding but I dont recall the same for isreal (not that they dont get a HUGE cut of the american budget as it is).
