When you say outright you have, for example 450k for a 500k apartment? If that is the case then you just need to get a mortgage for the difference and be done with it. With that much of a deposit I didn’t think they would see it as much of a risk, but who knows. A mortgage will be much lower interest than a personal loan.
Also have you factored in all of the extras… legals, stamp duty, etc etc.
