All I need is mozilla on android to be able to load local html files.
It’s the only reason I left.
It’s the only reason I will return.

…struggles to lay a glove…
I don’t know much about boxing, but one of them floats like a butterfly, and the other one stinks like a pee…
Silence, serf!
Get back to your grind mill! You will never afford lights on the Great Castle!
Anyone could walk to Australia in Pangea.
Up to about 200m years ago…
Mind you, I’m in Australia and wouldn’t dare try to walk to some parts of Australia…
Without a VPN, your ISP will have some level of meta data. It may be as little as you did a DNS lookup of a pirate site and downloaded 2.14GB of data from that site.
Is that illegal? Depends on what country/state you are in.
If you’d like to explore some of the attitudes to war and remembrance, I’d recommend The one day of the year. It’s a play about Anzac Day. And a hell of a lot more…
Also, nobody worships war. We remember those that gave their lives. A lot of those country towns lost an entire generation going off to fight a war thousands of miles away.
They shall grow not old,
as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them,
nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun.
and in the morning.
We will remember them.
That’s the other thing, everyone feels hot/cold differently, and you also adapt to some degree.
I was in Cairns one April, and it was 28C and about 1000% humidity.I was sweating my ass off in a t-shirt and shorts. And there goes a local pedalling away on his bike with a hoodie and sweatpants on. I nearly had heat stroke just seeing it!
Wait till you hear buoy 🤣

Pointless? The most pointless thing that aggravates me?
Mowing grass.
It’s not solving the problem. At all.
The entire article and every comment here talks about ‘cold’ without mentioning a temperature at all
So, here you go. In winter, where I am in Sydney, it’s normally 14C indoors at night. With 3 layers of clothing, a beanie, and snuggled under a heated throw it feels like 25C.
I’ve been trying Organic Maps with Android Auto, and am struggling with it.
Search is hit and miss, which I can deal with, but its GPS tracking is wacky. It has Location and Precise Location permissions, but for some reason it’s not as accurate as Google Maps or Sygic - its movement tracking is jerky, it will randomly put me off the road or on another road. And when stopped, it will sometimes point me in the opposite direction or even spin me around a couple of times lol.
It makes it hard to trust ☹️
I had a dream I was a cat, but I’m alright meow
Brilliant! The dance moves make this special! His Bohemian Rhapsody is killer too.
As Africa alternatives, I also like this choral arrangement, or Chaos Divine’s version for something harder
I remember seeing something about Mosman council who had a crew that was permanently repaving roads vs other councils that were just constantly patching potholes with contractors.
Turned out the repaving was better and cheaper.
Patching potholes always seem to not work wherever I drive. They always return. And using contractors to do it seems idiotic. Why would I ever want to fix a pothole permanently and put myself out of a job?
I got a Kensington trackball. I’ll never use a mouse again.
I set this up initially for gaming, but slowly am ending up using it more for remote than gaming…
Journalists at The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Financial Review, Brisbane Times & WAtoday.com.au …
Surprised there are any 😱
It’s early August! How the hell is there enough energy to have thunderstorms?
And I’m pizsed off half the flowers seem to think it’s spring already.
I’m calling 2024 Sydney as being Brisbane weather.
