I’ll give it a go for sure. Thanks
Any tips on how to avoid salad getting soggy? I have to meal prep most of my food and soggy veggies are my nemesis.
I think I might try this. It sounds useful in so many ways.
I liked the movie and crime books are my jam so I thought I’d give it a try. So far so good, it is entertaining and helps dull the mental noise at the end of the day.
It is very interesting IMO. Well lol I want to so this book is wishful thinking mostly. I have a small patch of land where I planted some courgettes and tomatoes but nothing on the scale this book tales about. Maybe one day.
I bet your kitchen smells amazing.
I love bread! What kind did you make?
Galvarino! The fiercest Mapuche warrior. He was captured by the spaniards at the Lagunillas battle, then they proceeded to mutilate him by cutting off both his hands and released him back to his people. There he planned his vengeance against spaniard occupation and became their leader. He headed the Millarapue battle with two machetes tied around where his hands had once been. Talk about badass! He was captured and executed quickly but remained a rebel icon forever.
Fiction: “The coffin dancer” by Jeffery Deaver

My mother not loving me and saying it to me outloud at an early age. It was a very heavy burden no child should ever carry. Also she would put on a show for other people going on and on about how much she loved her kids and how she loved being a mom while continuing the abuse behind closed doors. It was maddening.
Taking myself to therapy as a young adult so I could heal, saved my life.
Oh that sounds like a dream!
Sorry we are now both scarred for life.
Weighted blanket for the win!
I workout at home because I am too much of a germaphobe to go to a regular gym but also too self conscious about how I look while exercising lol BUT reading your comment made me glad there are other people out there pushing themselves to do better and not feeling judged for it.
Can relate to the rap video! I like old school stuff mostly but that big dawgs tune is fire.
Oh I hope it’ll work out for you eventually because it will, literally, change the way you go through life ❤️
Trying to stick to my feeding plan as much as I can. It gets difficult at times so every day I can check that box, I feel happy.
Using heavier weights for my workouts. It makes me feel great and so powerful to help my body fight stored trauma.
Using my words to be able to say what I want to say.
I’m still trying to get over the coconut guy story and then I read this.
Looking this up like right now!
In a perfect world where I have the energy to cook after a rough day, I’d love homemade chicken stock with carrots, celery, ginger, garlic, potatoes, onion, thyme and Peppers with a little bit of lemon. Pair this with a nice sourdough bread and a glass of lemonade.
In reality: Diet Coke and a bag of chips because I don’t have to cook any of those.
In this same category is Cathedral of the sea by Ildefonso Falcones. It is a great book and one of my favorites! Not a one day read for sure.
Compression leggings for my ashtanga practice. I have had them for years and the texture, grip and colors are still great.
I like how they don’t roll down at the waist and how their length is a tad above the heel of my foot while still covering the ankles.
They have a Wide range of sizes and designs. luleåmindulf is the brand.
