“If you don’t enjoy doing it over and over again, just do it over and over again a bunch more times”
Have you never had a friend group? Like that’s a dead-ass simple ‘study’ of a gift economy. Sometimes someone pays for lunch, sometimes someone pays for beer, sometimes someone brings weed or bakes cookies or sings a song. Everyone helps everyone else out. Each according to their need, based on their ability. Or is that not something you’re familiar with, because if not, you need better friends.
Steam deck. Not as cheap as an ambernic or raspberry pi, but I’ve been blown away by how painless and plug and play everything is, and I’ve played games on it from every console generation up to ps3 so far, plus modern pc games. Steaminput makes controller settings a breeze even for games or applications that don’t have good input settings. I knew I’d like it before I got one last year, but since then I can’t say enough good things about it, it’s honestly everything I dreamed of as a kid playing video games, almost every game under the sun all in one handheld package, it’s honestly incredible.
But Rich people and corporations have more money, so that means they’re paying more taxes? Right? Right? No don’t look at their returns, just trust them.
Don’t end a sentence with a contraction is a pretty good rule, except when it isn’t.
Meat and dairy consumption are a big factor, but they’re just symptoms of a larger problem, which is capitalism. Artificial scarcity makes people money, as do the meat and dairy industries. We should all be going after corporations and lobbyists, not individuals. Not that your comment came across as an attack, personal changes can be good, but they’re a drop in the massive wasteful bucket, just like carbon emissions and single use plastics. Just a distraction from the real issue.
They tarred Ed.
Lots of controllers have gyroscopes these days. The ones I’ve personally used are switch, ds4 and steam deck, but I assume it’s a pretty regular feature on newer controllers these days too.
Steam deck. I’ve been floored by how great it is, and with a dock it’s easy to set up with multiple controllers or a mouse and keyboard. Literally all the benefits of a (handheld) console, and all the benefits of a PC, including the ability to play a huge backlog of old console games.
Lol sync users are so brainwashed and will say anything to justify it. Connect is so nice and usable, i haven’t had a single issue with it since I started using it months ago. Jerboa has also come a long way, but was a little raw at the time and so I mostly got used to connect.
Yeah, and the ones that did are probably the bottom of the barrel.
Yes? You put ink on the raised letters and press them to a surface and they leave a reversed impression. If you did that with these signs, the letters would be the right way around and the words would read from left to right, top to bottom.
Edit: actually the letters are the right way around on closer look, so it would still be fucked up as a stamp so that theory is wrong. Idfk what’s happening here.
I feel like maybe these were supposed to be stamps but someone just put them up on the wall instead? The words would still look dumb going from bottom to top bur at least they’d read left to right and the letters would be the right way.
I usually do this anyway to a certain extent, at least I kinda rephrase what I said, in case them asking ‘what’ wasn’t because they didn’t hear me but because they didn’t understand. Then if their brain does catch up they get two different versions of my message :)
The portal in your bedroom.
“How do we reach these Millenials? I just can’t relate to them” “I heard they like suicide”
I mean sure it would? That’s rhe whole point is that exponential growth quickly reaches massive quantities. Like literally after 120 days I doubt that many lilypads would fit on earth.
If it takes 120 days to be covered thats a huge fucking pond.
They were the ones who thought biden was a good idea in the first place so…
Fucking lots of people have been shouting about this exact situation since he was elected the first time, now they’re only finally reading the writing on the wall. I don’t trust them with shit.
I feel like this is probably intentional, it looks like every two floors the floor plan reverses. Larger rooms on one side for two floors, then smaller rooms on that side and larger ones on the other side.
