I’m the opposite I’ve always mainly avoided caffeine because it makes me feel uncomfortably wired and makes my heart beat feel weird.

Last time I was at the dentist a guy in the waiting room was loudly watching a movie on his phone. After a couple minutes I went over to him and politely asked him if he could turn it down and he immediately apologized and obliged, no fuss or anything. I felt like a god for the rest of the afternoon. Big ups to that guy for being cool about it too.

I’m definitely gonna check this out. This is the first year since 2020 that I didn’t plant anything and it depresses me to no end. Thanks for sharing.
