Yes. But as soon as you realize you’ve left out important information or someone else adds important information, it’s important to accept that into your reasoning. It seemed like you were fighting back at them in your replies, and doubling down on your initial claims which you now know weren’t complete. You weren’t wrong with the information you had at the time when you commented, but it made you look stubborn by not being willing to accept new information or learn. Just my two cents as an outsider.

Totally serious question. Did they have common kitchen appliances or tools that the people would rarely use? For example, I have a zucchini noodle maker and I’ve used it probably twice (the same week I got it), and I know someone who never uses their Slap Chop. Did the ancient Romans have any “trendy” but less-used kitchen gadgets?

This one had the best trailer by far but I thought the movie was underwhelming. I remember being bored watching it in theaters along with the rest of my family. But I love Hook.

I, too, love when I get to prevent an entire country from invasion by an evil force, but only when I get to take credit for it. Someone else stealing my idea for peace is just as bad as someone else stealing a joke I said first, if not worse.

I know many people loved Casino Royale, but from that movie onward they shifted to be too serious and no longer fun, action movies. The set pieces are great, but I stopped enjoying myself watching Bond movies because from the Craig era they all took themselves way too seriously. I think they just saw how well the Bourne series was performing, and like they’ve always done, switched gears to copy whatever’s popular. But by doing so got rid of the main reason why I enjoyed the series in the first place.

It’s because she’s a woman. They’re scared.
