Im about to look a fool but i just rewatched the trilogy again a month or 2 ago and cannot think of how the balrogg is his fault? The noise?

I actually enjoyed his ‘vacation’ movies far more once i knew what a jerk he was since those movies’ make his struugles the punchline.

kinda makes me wonder if part of what makes those movies work is how cathartic watching scenes of chase get hurt was for his director and co-stars.

Tom waits is a real one. Gotta admire his weird-ass music, even if some of his stuff’s too out there for me i love that he’s making it. “Nighthawks at the Diner” is a classic (easy to listen to) album i grew up with, killer voice, killer emotion, great shit to this day
