Do not read if you like Ai. … or read especially, if you like Ai?

They promise this with every generation. Reality is that Ai and LLMs require human input. If more and more Ai is used, less human input is generated -> less growth and improvements for Ai. This is the chicken or egg problem, but in reverse, kind of. They can’t even count the R’s in “strawberry” in example. Not sure if ChatGPT can do it now, but this was a problem not long ago.

I personally do not want an Ai that does stuff like booking a flight for me. It starts with booking a flight, let it buy food automatically, do these, do that… lose your control of your own life. Do not learn to program, let it program for you. In the end you become a slave of the Ai. I know this is futuristic imagination, but so is the future of Ai promised with these posts.

I’m surprised this was understood wrongly. If the EU blocks it EU wide, then it is blocked country/nation wide in my country. I never said EU is a country. But discussion about these language stuff just takes away from the actual problem and topic of the issue I was talking about. But if that is the important stuff you guys want to talk about, well go ahead.

And it does not matter if this is official or not for what I was talking about. People who don’t live in my country should not decide what access I should have.

Posting images on Reddit allow to add alt-text? And the user has to add the name as alt-text, otherwise it wouldn’t have one. I don’t remember that was even possible.

That’s not the point. The point is that people not living here wants to change things they are not affected by. I’m not trying to change the USA too, because I don’t live there. I mean that by principle. Edit: And for clarification, I didn’t insult the person I was responding to. I meant the concept is stupid, not the person.

This is stupid. People not living in that country should not be able to decide. It’s like Russian people would decide what I can access and not in my country… Sorry not being personal here, I just find this is wrong. I am not taking your rights way if you have the right to apply, just saying my opinion.

Blocking an entire community, service or application blocks access to non disinformation and normal communication too. Instead fight against the specific issues. Or with your logic we need to ban every platform such as Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Discord and even Wikipedia. Because misinformation is everywhere.

I don’t want anyone decide for myself what to use. If I want to use Twitter, that should be MY decision, not yours, not the one with the campaign here and certainly not any government.

I don’t like Twitter, but I am also not for banning a service or application nationwide. This should be the choice of the user. Do not take away freedom of choice, regardless of your feelings, believes or what you like. Do not be like China or Russia.

I didn’t realize nheko is an application. It’s a bit a weird question to ask someone else to choose between email or an application. Howe can we decide this? The person knows best what works for them. And why can the person choose only one? It’s not exclusive technology, one can do both… I’m really confused.

What do you want choose? An application? “Element” is a standard one and according to the webpage performance is a focus. I can’t say how well it works on your machine though. I don’t use Matrix anymore and the only way I used it was in the browser. So this list is more of pointing you in the right direction, rather than a personal recommendation.

Given the recent cooporation with Google and that Google has excellent image text recognition, isn’t this a safe bet? Otherwise Reddit would have this done without AI for years.

Not exactly. Per year are multiple games listed. Its just incredible that Zelda didn’t won a single award, based on this list.

I personally don’t care which game wins the awards. I’m there watching for entertainment. I see lot of discussions and people take the awards too serious in my opinion. It’s like taking IGN scores serious. :D

What’s wild to me is, that Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom didn’t appear once on this list.

Thanks for the update. In my recent research and backing up stuff, there was numerous content that are no longer available. But the entries are there, only the files are not. I think some files appeared back at later time. My assumption was most data is coming back slowly from a backup, if they have any. Torrent and metadata files are generated automatically. That means if they are deleted, then they would be rebuild after some time, I assume. There is so much data, I have no idea how long this would take…

I will keep looking at some files again and again, to see if they come back. Otherwise we lost a lot of data and history.

You are right. I just tested it on my mobile browser and it just says “Perhaps on a desktop browser?”.

But I found a way to make it kind of work, but its not as good or seemless like on a real desktop PC. It halfway works if you switch your browser mode to Desktop mode. In your browser menu (the 3 dots, what’s called? hamburger menu?) should have an option to enable “Desktop site”. Then reload page and if you click the gun, it should pop out. Now try to click an element on the webpage, maybe the text. If it does not fall, click again. Unfortunately you can’t (or I can’t) hold an element and drag it around.

It’s really a shame.
