As someone who made several bold moves over the last 7 years to get on the right side of a very obvious societal slide to selfishness, I can confirm.
The assets I cobbled together have allowed me to do the little things like sanitize all my house’s air and water on entry ahead of this digital cold war. China is literally dormant in a large percentage of US utilities’ networks waiting for orders. I expect them to poison water supplies remotely by releasing normally-benign water treatment chemicals in unsafe doses.
To all those who said I was crazy for putting my sweat and tears into preparing: I never could have guessed it’d be this bad, this quickly either. Happy I followed my gut though!

Much like an outsider looking in at your country (whatever it is), there’s a ton of nuance to every culture. For example; I’m a decendant of a family that settled in New England in 1603 and I can’t fucking stand the 2 party system. I’ve always wanted to abolish lobbyism, set term limits on congress critters, and outlaw insider trading for both politicians and their immediate families - but my average neighbor gets exhausted if I talk about anything but the simple stupid pleasures. I identify as an adult with compassion and a vision for my kids’ future so that makes me a defacto dem because anything else is spoon-feeding the grand ole wizard party a victory.
Tons of us have been trapped here our whole lives and have tried to organize over the years. I know it seems like all finger-pointing and inaction from afar, but it’s more nuanced than that.

My fear is he’s going to be used to instigate the social unrest needed for project 2025 to reach it’s goal of suspension of habeus corpus by June 30th. That’s end game and the way they’re concentrating messaging against the judicial branch right now means they’re grinding toward the 6 month milestone right on schedule.
