I don’t know who this spokesperson is, but it’s strange that he didn’t know about the pharmacy thing. It was well-publicized before the trial, along with a video. This seems more relevant than these text messages.

I can’t remember if I have Wayland on my Debian installation with XFCE. I installed it several months ago, so I will check.
I was surprised, in a bad way, at how difficult it is to get any VNC running. I tried Ubuntu, Kubuntu, and base Debian, but couldn’t get any VNC working. The closest I got was with Debian, but it gave me a different desktop than what was coming out the video port to my monitor. I’d be interested in hearing if anyone has had better luck with anything.
It’s not a big deal - I was just wondering. I will keep watching your repo. Thanks.
Thanks! Would you happen to know how to install with pipx? I don’t fully understand Python venv stuff, but I followed instructions on how to install yt-dlp using pipx. I’m not clear on whether I could do that with your app.
This reminds me of an awesome Onion article from last week.
I didn’t see anything like this image in the pytube-fix repo. Do you have a repo of the web interface somewhere? That looks really handy.
If you figure it out, let me know. I would love to do this. I have app installed on my tablet and have the smb information entered, but it doesn’t show up as Android storage like they describe.
I was actually trying to describe having the server folder mounted directly on the Android device, so the download would go straight to the server and never touch your device storage. This would be separate from using Xplore, which doesn’t do what I’m thinking of. I tried mounting my NAS as smb using the app in the the below explanation, but it wasn’t working.

I don’t think you will be able to get anything to download to another device using any of these services. I use Unchained to get things saved to my RD area, then I run a script on my NAS to download to it (the NAS). You could maybe get something to work if you were able to mount a network drive onto your phone. Then maybe you could get the phone to download to that mounted drive, instead of to the phone’s internal storage. I can access files on network devices from my Android phone and tablet using an app like Xplore, but I’ve never tried to see if I could have Android mount a network drive, so I am just speculating.
I installed it and connected it to my Google Drive. I can browse the Drive files if I launch the file browser from within the RSAF app, but I can’t see my Drive mounted if I explore the Android file system directly from my file browser. How will I find the mounted Drive from another app that I want to use?
