This was level 21 – I’m glad to report that the mage made it all the way to the amulet.

Ingredients:

+3 wand of lightning Any wand of lightning x2

Dump SoU into +3 wand

Get to troll blacksmith

Upgrade staff (1000 favor)

Merge two lightning wands with original upgraded wand (500+1500 favor)

Imbue wand in staff

One upgrade is carried over from staff

1 + 3 + 15 + 1 + 1 = 21
