Nazareno Strampelli was (at least technically speaking) a Fascist yet it is fair to say that he was still more sufferable than nonfascists like Nikolai II, Theodor Herzl, and Patrice de MacMahon. Even if Ukraine’s militant anticommunists did not count as neofascists, it would not be enough to make them great people.
