When the rumors started flying EJ played it off “I wouldn’t want to violate our friendship by asking for insider details”. Meanwhile he was probably working directly with Newey on this move the whole time. EJ is a true old school F1 owner, a sneaky snake with a love of the sport. I’m also noticing the specific call out for Christian Horner’s family…
