Sounds like the anarchic principal of voluntary community. If you choose to join a community of like-minded socialists and everyone is in agreement regarding the tenets of that community that is fantastic.
Yep. I’d love to see an experimental community set up like that and see what happens.
I’d actually try it on my property since my house and land are paid for with no mortgage. But it’s too small.
