We really need a penalty for filing frivolous lawsuits that are obviously without merit. At the very least, it should be mandatory for the plaintiff that files the suit to cover triple the legal costs for the the defendants, and a penalty for wasting the court’s time.
Sounds like that might allow the mechanism of justice to function, we took a poll and everyone rich who funds campaigns and lobbiest that write or introduce legislation is against it. Sorry Poor.
