Blood rain, giblets, and warm bullet casings
Mild, sharp, and sharper cheese tastings
Metal dudes shredding their taut guitar strings
These are a few of my favorite things
Biggest takeaway for me (maybe) isn’t IG specific. But the speed and smoothness of that Focus Mode attack looked really well incorporated into regular combat flow. Showed what I was hoping to be the case that it will be easier to integrate it based on your weapon. It just looked slower for the GS on that charge turn.
The spore charger is pretty neat and the mega hive is proper intimidating and tough, with an egg you can carry to extract for extra samples (got 2 pinks and 4 rares with mine). They did what I feared they would do with the impaler and let it place and attack with its tendrils wherever it wants. So the game design language from the first game letting you know where it is to go take it out isn’t there. Just like charger butts not being their weak points. Baffling really.
Don’t sleep on their later albums either. I did for a long time, but have come to appreciate them as I age. I think I like A Thousand Suns more every time I listen to it.
So HBG has some rapid fire now, maybe ammo based like LBG of old? And based on the descriptions scrape sceeba gave us, maybe LBG can rapid fire all ammo now, on this energy cool down system?
Sweet Liberty, noooooooooooo!
Exactly. The wounds appear to generate through regular attacking, so if they don’t inflate HP to “balance” around needing to use focus and its just a bonus (like WEx essentially is anyway), then this should be fine. If it becomes necessary, it could be claw tenderizing 2.0.
Just barely. And only because I was somehow able to post before watching this time. Can’t wait to dissect
Why was the “before” & “after” format chosen instead of just “then” & “now”? What was the event that the woke watch came after?
Some of those that work forces…
Take about 10-15% off the top there Lisan Al Gaib
About to start the 4th episode of Blood: Fresh Supply. It’s the last of the major players from the old doom clones that I have left to play. I’m most impressed by how it manages to have its own identity in that crowd rather than truly just be a doom clone like many were. Love the horror setting and the weapons are all excellent, effective, and unique. I couldn’t believe it until I tried it myself, but I think it actually might have the best double barrel shotgun in all of gaming. Looking forward to finishing it up and moving on to Cultic, which I will have a much greater appreciation for now.
It got a lot of little things very “right” for those that pay attention. It was better than I expected after hearing the reception.
I’ve been using it. Biggest issue is microphone recording. They did a hot fix for it just not recording your mic. But now that it works, it cuts out, which seems to be common. I may need to tweak my steam voice settings but they looked fine to me. Everything else about it is pretty great so far.
Odo was just going in for the “how do you do” butt sniff and got a little overenthusiastic. Don’t hate on nature for being like it do.
it doesn’t help that the known issues now list “bile titans sometimes just don’t take damage.” Explains…a lot actually
I’ve seen people say the alleged cause of the DD2 issue was the NPC processing it had to do. But, if this is going to be a fluid, semi-open world with no hub transitions or instanced quests, it seems like that problem isn’t off the table.
used a buddy’s purifier last night and it took ~4-5 shots i think to bring one down. not sure it has many other redeeming qualities yet. I’ll have to unlock mine and play it more.
Yeah, that’s not how the military works at all. Maybe in business management, but not military. People seem to forget Starfleet is just that. The commander has a philosophy (that they will often draft a letter about when they assume command) and the unit adapts to it. People used to that are a little more understanding of Jellico and recognize that dread the enterprise crew had when they realized how good they had it under Picard.
Me and the boomstick have never gotten along, even in Rise. But this little preview guarantees I’ll be trying to work out our differences once more. Those sidestep shells and the counter guard make it seem like they bridged the gap to my poke stick just a bit more.
