The manual says its sata
ok it is definitely m2 sata and not nvme according to the manual, yet the only picture I found was nvme. seatching known parts also yielded sata only results, so I am confident it is.
I’m not sure why your specific ssd isn’t detected, I see some online posts claiming larger ones are a problem, but I was able to find some working just fine all the way to 2TB.
For that missing standoff, standard mainboard standoffs have the right hight to replace the missing one but might not thread in correctly. A possible work ared is to find some small nuts to use with a longer screw. As long as the screw threads properly in the screw hole it’d be fine
Personally my own line of thought is I wasn’t a person until at a minimum the first bit of brain was there, and I want more research on consciousness to figure out how much it took for me to have a concept of “me”, and I figure before that I was no more a person than my mom’s liver is. But I recognize not everyone is going to agree with that. But if you think there is a person from the moment a unique dna sequence is formed, it is easy to see how you can have your perspectives on the subject of abortion. I may not agree, but I understand better.
you are missing a spacer there that holds it up higher, it isn’t meant to flex down like that.
what model of thin client or board is it you are putting this drive in? I’m not convinced this drive even belongs in that slot.
reddit already censored all the times I said “elongated muskrat”
I don’t buy physical objects and then agree to not own them. I don’t even like that shit with digital goods. I don’t need someones authorization to “allow” me to use what I buy as I see fit. If buying isn’t owning than pirating isn’t stealing.
I have neighbors that are waiting to be told they “get to” pull thier guns and shoot “the libs” so thats not going to work.
I need something like this for when people use “loose/loosed/loosing” when they mean “lose/lost/losing”. I feel like I can’t say anything to them because I am a walking collection of typos autocorrect and grammatical errors…
I’m genuinely curious, when in development do you think consciousness begins?
For you, does this have anything to do with human life being special or sacred, or having a soul?
I’m not looking to mock or provoke, I’m just curious because I’ve seen people place importance on the life or dna of the fetus being human or importance on when the brain forms, or when the heart starts beating. People have a wide variety of opinions on both when life starts and on when personhood starts, and the criteria they use for each. I think discussing these things objectively could help reduce internet arguments on the topic, but only if people have good faith discussion. I realize that is tough to do these days.
Hello fellow boxes, my name is Eight.

the Super mocking gun!
I have no qaulm with voters, I hate that how the elected officials act!
do you not see a connection there?
intense pacing? it’s a gd speedrun of it is what it is
I’ve felt more free to express my thinking here than I ever did elsewhere. Except for a tech focused one that I got dogpiled on by people arguing in bad faith about the crowdstrike fiasco.
need to make enough noise that even with reddit trying to supress it and deleting removing and shadown banning people still learn of the alternative.
I recal lots of joking about being paid by the word, even he himself made jokes about the length of his novels, when he was dying while trying to finish the last of the story he said Tor would have to invent a new binding method because he was going to fit it all into the last one, no matter what. Sadly he didn’t have enough time but left enough worldbuilding behind.
I think they might have been some of my favorates in part because of the length tbh, I’m a very fast reader.
Lotr’s time use and verbosity is nothing to me, I’ve read Robert Jordan’s works.
