What weakened religion is a long process going from the middle age to the modern world. It starts with the pope wars. It peaks with the religion wars in the XVIIth century. By this point the religious power was a political power like any other, but merely with a cultural hold on European populations. Which was the nail in the coffin.

During this period, the Church radicalised itself as a defense mode. Which solidified the laïcal mindset of the Lumières. Basically the church entered a cultural war against science because it feared it would lose controle.

Then the XIXth century happened. Monarchies got destroyed. And the Catholic Church got humiliated and destroyed as a political power. Socialism and communism appeared, and to state how progressive they were, they put the church in the same reactionary bag as the royalists.

In the middle of this are the liberals who don’t care much about anything but profits. Si when democracy is on the rise, they are democrats. When royalty comes back, they praise the king. At least as long as they let them make good profits. And that’s what the church doesn’t let them do. Morale goes in the way of profit. It forbid slavery and exploitation. It’s against science. It promotes charity. That sucks balls for the liberals. But order is good, so why not being a believer but without the problems?

It’s not science that made religion recess. It’s bad political decisions and alliances. Many renowned scientists were believers. Many still are. But somehow the religions are rejecting science because it doesn’t go into litteraly what their old fantasy book wrote. It’s a shame because religions could easily make a humanist evolution if they had the political will to do it.

In some countries that actually abolish slavery, it is. Forced labour is also forbidden by human rights, but I know some countries don’t care about that either.

C’est une guerre de communication qui se joue. Avec une majorité, le NFP a la main haute pour la mener.

Le score du NFP montre que la gauche est bien vivante et capable de gagner des batailles. Il y en aura d’autres à mener. Beaucoup d’autres.

Ils ont pas assez de sièges pour une majorité absolue. S’ils passent ça comme une alliance de gouvernement, le RN et NFP feront tomber le gouvernement. Ils pourront pas accepter un gouvernement comme ça alors qu’il a déjà gouverné pendant 2 ans.

La seule piste de sortie que je vois, c’est un gouvernement minoritaire NFP et ENS qui s’abstient au nom de la démocratie. Ils garderaient le droit d’amender et de veto naturellement, mais ça serait NFP qui gouverne.

Un peu comme à été ENS + LR en fait. Tout dépendra de combien ENS sera coopératif.

Franchement, un gouvernement RN ENS ce serait une trahison du barrage républicain qui les a élu dont la république ne se remettra pas.

La cinquième république n’est pas faite pour être démocratique, elle est faite pour permettre à une majorité de gouverner.

Faut mettre cette constitution à la poubelle et en faire une autre. Aujourd’hui c’est un grave danger pour la démocratie.

Alors y a de l’idée ! Mais c’est pas le 49.3 qui dissout l’assemblée, c’est le président de la république. Et la macron a déjà utilisé son joker pour une année.

Maintenant et pendant un an, le 49.3 ne fera que changer de premier ministre et son gouvernement.

C’est pas la dernière chance mais le début d’un long combat. C’est pas l’ultime victoire, ce n’est que la première et il reste beaucoup de batailles à mener.

Les 7 milliard du budget de l’Europe ? Ça serait une façon de faire pression. Orban bloquait l’aide à l’Ukraine, c’est quand même autrement plus grave je trouve. C’est la politique européenne, chaque état fait pression d’une manière ou d’une autre comme il peut.

Et pour quelle raisons on devrait a gauche choisir des gens que la droite aime bien ? C’est la stratégie du PS habituel. Ça a donné un gouvernement Hollande Valls macron. Super idée dis donc…

C’est absolument faux ça. Si tu ne respecte pas les règles, la seule chose mauvaise qui se produit, ce sont des amendes. Amendes que la France paye sans vergogne pour plein de choses. Comme les droits de l’homme par exemple.

La Grèce avait un problème très particulier : elle était en faillite. C’est donc la bce qui prêtait l’argent au pays, au lieu des banques. À des conditions d’austérité très strictes.

La gauche, contrairement à la droite, sais gérer un budget, comme le démontre l’histoire de la 5ème république. Alors les emprunts vont diminuer, pas l’inverse. Ce sont les libéraux qui financent tout avec de la dette.

C’est mon point de vu. J’ai l’impression que le coup du barrage républicain ces élections est juste une stratégie pour mettre les libéraux face à leurs incohérences. Ou alors pour isoler lfi plus encore : s’il est légitime de voter pour les macronistes pour faire barrage, alors a quelle point leur rhétorique anti “extrême gauche” est-elle légitime ?

Y a un véritable flou. Et je pense qu’une compromission avec la macronie signe l’arrivée au pouvoir du RN en 2027 quoi qu’il arrive.

Sauf miracle et que des trucs soient vraiment fait d’ici là ? J’y crois peu sans majorité absolue de gauche.

Parce que les populations vulnérables souffrent déjà. Preuve en est des gilets jaunes, des émeutes et du reste. J’ai un peu l’impression, en tant que privilégié, qu’on est une grenouille dans l’eau qui chauffe.

Windows forced me to update to a version that has advertisement in it. It has built in network calls in the start menu. I would have to pay a licence and make an account, something I avoided for years. Sharing file on a private network is insanely hard to do and very buggy.

Now I’m not a Windows admin, but I’m a Linux admin, so there are many, many things I know how to do on Linux and not on Windows.

This made me realize that there is a bias: when something doesn’t work on windows, the something doesn’t work, or you only need to find how to hack it to work. But when something doesn’t work on Linux, it’s Linux that doesn’t work. That’s a double standard. The same kind of work or problems on Windows is ignored.

There are so many things today to help people use Windows, like classes, professionals, help desk, it’s everywhere, for everyone, yet it’s somehow considered easy to use windows. BTW any organisation that made the move did saw it happen. I mean that many organisations moved to Linux and gave the support and formation for it to work, and it worked.

My brother, who want nothing to do with computers if he can, asked me to install Linux on his domestic laptop. It’s not an everyone is doing it yet, but there’s definitely something.

Forcing everyone to stay connected will make pirating it harder, and that will drive many, many people away.

Ça a été démontré récemment que le racisme est un facteur important du vote RN. Si tu connais des gens qui votent RN tu verras très vite que le racisme est un facteur fondamental pour justifier leur vote.

Et c’est facile de comprendre pourquoi : y a pas que la télé, mais les politiciens de droite jusqu’au PS et PCF font le jeu du racisme et du communautarisme. Ça fait littéralement 20 ans, depuis le 11 septembre 2001 en fait, que le racisme est l’alpha et l’oméga de la politique de droite. C’était déjà le cheval de bataille de Sarkozy.

Seulement, les partis républicains, comme ils sont républicains, ils n’ont que des discours racistes, mais dans les actes ils se contentent de disruption administratives et de symboles (merci Hollande pour la déchéance de nationalité, sale traître !)

Le RN ne fait que proposer des solutions au problème que les libéraux présente comme un écran de fumée pendant qu’ils déploie le libéralisme le plus dégénéré qui est la véritable source des problèmes des gens.
