Either way, society is fucked until we got nothing left but to revolt - but that will never happen, as the carrot is being dangled all the time.

Oh it is a democracy, but not “direct democracy”. We don’t choose what happens, we just choose who decides what happens.
Those in power bribe, threaten, and lie, and we can’t do shit about it because the actual hood guys end due to harassment or threats and can’t deal with it psychologically.
Holy shit, he said that? What a legend.
Probably just wants to be a scamming empire
A million times this. Yet people never learn.
I mean, there is never enough gay/furry hacking groups rooting for our rights. Keep it up!
Hopefully OOP lives in a country that has good gun laws - like Czechia.
Worst thing is, even though population grows, the retirement age does aswell.
Having more people now just mean higher expectations from the generation after them. It is just a temporary fix thate current generation hopes to throw onto the next and hopefully die before it all gets fucked.
A positive feedback loop (and this is not meant in a positive way).
Why exactly? There is enough people on the planet.
I prefer uranic, thanks
Meanwhile Terraria: “So we are releasing this last final update, but you can expect bugfixes for the next two years, and a last last final, followed by finally last last final updates in the following two quarters”
Nice, didn’t know, I’ll look into it
Matrix. You can host any version you want, and when you have to update, just do a version diff between you current and latest versions and check yourself.
Is it possible to seamlessly integrate, so when something requests those keys you’ll get a prompt?
That’s what aliases / functions in .bashrc (or whatever shell you use) are for. You don’t need to always write the full code.
EDIT: Looks like .bashrc hurt you guys.
In capitalism, this is called “cost of doing business”. If the maintenance costs surpass cleanup costs due to accidents, then it is not worth doing maintenance.
Actually seems like a good idea. I wonder how long will it take for construction cost to offset regular trucks, but it will get them off the road, and hopefully keep them out of sight.
Especially when you see a change in code, but not in tests ☠️
Didn’t know, thanks a lot! Definitely putting this in my gaming room (when I finally move lol).
I mean, GDPR is a fucking disaster. Nobody is getting it right, same with cookie consent. This is because the last time geriatric imbeciles at the European parliament seen a computer was back at 98.
Since all those people are using it, it kinda doesn’t matter for them. As if not having their data harvested from every single click makes them not care about GDPR and the other bullshit. What a surprise.
