Yeah they’ll tout it for the massive win that it is and set an extended goal to further continue green development.
One thing I love about China is that they rarely just rest on their laurels, and they don’t stop until they win.

Quite a lot probably, given how long the development of solar panels has taken (iirc China started building the solar cell industry in the early 2000s). Definitely worth it though.
