I don’t know if this specific article was the source of the Instagram post, but here’s an article by the Windhoek Observer, and there are many other articles from many different publications such as the BBC etc about this specific incident.
TL;DR is that a ship under the Portuguese flag known as MV Kathrin, loaded in Haiphong and bound for the Zionist Entity with Koper in Slovenia as its port of discharge, was stopped by the Namibian Ports Authority (Namport) in Walvis Bay due to its transportation of RDX and other military goods.
FWIW here’s an article from an official Vietnamese government website about the free trade agreement Vietnam signed with the Zionist Entity last year. I don’t know what relevance this specific agreement has for the trade of military goods in particular, but it is if nothing else an example of Vietnam cooperating with the Zionist Entity in recent times.

Thanks.
That sucks.
Do we know how much opposition there is in the Vietnamese Communist Party against this?
I don’t know and doubt I’d be able to find out given the language barrier. You’ll have to ask elsewhere.
I know you can’t read my response, but thank you.
