The Mexican president on Thursday rejected a request from Ukraine’s government to arrest Vladimir Putin if the Russian leader defies an international arrest warrant and attends the inauguration of Mexico’s next president in October.

“We can’t do that,” President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador told reporters at a regular government press conference.

    The Cartels though… I’m sure CIA would give some discounts on guns, hell maybe even a prisoner swap if they had Putin…

      Honestly, this would be a good move by the CIA. Let them fight each other, unless it backfires and they join forces…

        Best case scenario is it backfires. What do you think they are going to do with the weapons/money you supply them for capturing him?
